MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 8-14 MAY


Each and every one of us has the strength within to learn to promote our own self
care however often, many of us have not learnt the art and skill of how to
do this. From a young age we will have developed family values, rules and beliefs
that can become engrained within us which we take through to adulthood. These
can become quite rigid and fixed which makes it difficult to see things differently.
There is hope,​therapy can explore this and learn how to become more resilient
for a happier and healthier wellbeing.
